We are one of the main manufacturers of carbon brushes in the Czech Republic

Our employees have been manufacturing carbon brushes since 1992. We have extensive experience in the production of carbon brushes and are able to provide a very wide range of brushes. During our existence, we have produced nearly 7000 kinds of brushes, in the volume of 10× thousand brushes per year.

The quality of our products is also evidenced by the fact that currently the vast majority of DC machines of marginal performance are equipped with our brushes in the Czech Republic and also in Slovakia. These are always core machines of power in the order of 1000 x kW (MW). The largest motors (manufacturer Škoda) are 4,8MW and W-L (Illgner) machines with dynamos of 4MW.

Carbon brushes are made to order, even from small numbers (motor assemblies). Contact with the customer and the exact specification of the required brushes can be realized by sending a sample of the carbon brushes used so far, by sending a completed technical questionnaire or by a telephone conversation.

Due to the increasing demand for carbon brushes for hand tools (drills, grinders, etc.), we started to produce this range in 2013. For more information, see the section Carbon brushes for hand tools.

During our existence, we have already a database of carbon brushes for given electric motors from major manufacturers such as ŠKODA, MEZ, TES, ABB, SIEMENS, CEAR, SICME, EW HOF, BAUMÜLLER and many others.
In many cases, brushes can also be specified according to motor type.

One of our strengths are especially fast deliveries (after a phone call even within 24 hours) and production exactly according to the customer's specific requirements. We also have a machine shop and therefore the production of cylindrical carbon brushes or brushes with spring and neck is not a problem for us.
